Local entrepreneur in the running as UK’s best business woman

Local entrepreneur Alison Warner has reached the finals of the UK’s Best Business Women awards for her work supporting businesses during the Coronavirus pandemic. A former troubleshooter for global brands such as Starbucks, Alison founded Evolve and Grow coaching company in 2010, and has since transformed the fortunes of businesses across Bromley and Kent.

Alison is one of just 2 business coaches to make it to the finals, beating thousands of entries from across the UK. The awards, which celebrate female entreprenership, are considered one of the UK’s most prestigious awards for business women and entrepreneurs nationwide.

Alison has provided extensive support to local businesses through difficult times over the last 6 months, delivering emergency support clinics, webinars and 1- 1 support. Her work has helped turnaround businesses by increasing turnover, streamlining operations and putting in measures to win and retain customers. Dubbed ‘The Trades’ Coach’, Alison is particularly renowned for her pioneering work supporting Trades and Construction Companies. Her Bestselling book Build and Grow: How to go from Tradesperson to Managing Director in the Construction and Trade Industries has become a seminal text for the sector winning 5-star reviews across the board.

The Best Business Women Awards came in from across the UK and was judged by a panel of business experts. The businesswomen selected have been chosen for their business acumen, determination, creativity and tenacity.
