Do you want to be comfortable delivering a difficult truth?

Does your role require you to persuade, convince or influence?

Do you have to get others to part with something or engage?

Need a few extra hours in the day?

Or are you frustrated because you can’t do everything on your to-do list?

Evolve and Grow are running 3 workshops in November to help you address all of these challenges.

You may want to come along yourself, or they could be perfect to help your team develop?

They are small, interactive and practical.

We will be sharing valuable tools and techniques that will make a real difference to your business.

The 3 subjects that were chosen by our clients in a recent survey, which will take place in November at The Marriott, Bexleyheath, Kent are:

‘Selling is Influencing’ Wednesday 15th Nov 9am-1pm

  • Understand the real reasons people say yes
  • Recognise how trust works, and apply relational skills to build it.
  • Use practical tips to present a compelling case

‘Time Management’ Wednesday 22nd Nov 9am-1pm

  • Overcome the monster of procrastination.
  • Get tips on how to get the best out of you in the time you’ve got.
  • Know how to work smarter, not harder, not longer.

‘Challenging Conversations’ Wednesday 29th Nov 9am-1pm

  • Feel comfortable delivering a difficult truth and know how it’s done.
  • Turn a tough conversation into a positive outcome.
  • Identify your own barriers to effective conversations and ways to overcome them.
